All Hail The MSG
- What does food add to your life?
Some loosely related thoughts on fast food and caffiene.
This one was started whilst I was making my tea.
Ooh I love that sweet and sour sauce.
I'm in the most creative mood.
It must be something in the food.
You should see my perfect dinner.
There's no doubt that it's a winner.
All sorts of thoughts begin to sprout.
I have to try to get them out.
With purple splodge on A5 pad.
I write them down, the best I've had.
This bread has much preservative.
Just like the sauce I eat it with.
Packed with colour, some salt and wait -
Mono-Sodium Glutamate!
The food I eat is packed with E's.
Has more things in than trees have leaves.
It's not so dear, and easy cook.
With can of beer, no need for book.
My fizzy pop has caffeine in.
My burger bun is wafer thin.
No time to wait for proper nosh.
I've got to work to earn some dosh.
The most important thing is speed.
Who cares what natural things we need?
It must be bright, it must delight.
McDonalds care, it must be right.
Mine's deep fried fat with chocolate on.
It's low fat milk, there's nothing wrong.
Bring chips and fries and doughnuts too.
That's it for me, how about you?
