Bloodshot Eyes
- Have you had a morning like this?
I just had this very clear mental image. Nothing like my typical
morning, obviously.
The bluey whiteness of your freshly laundered shirt,
Serves to highlight the bloodshot red of your weary eyes.
And as you drink your second cup of black coffee,
I wonder how you'll cope with the rigours of the day.
