American Dream
- Tongue in cheeck dig at the Americans
With America being the only super-power, sometimes it's a good idea to have a closer look at some of the things they do.

It's an American dream to own a car that is wide enough to cross the road without leaving the kerb.
It's an American dream to dominate the world in all it produces or chooses to stick in a bun.
And now they think they can shoot down a missile travelling at a thousand miles an hour, it's absurd.
Don't they realise that a shield should be solid and strong? Only in films are you safe with a bigger gun.

Only in America can a World Series require just two countries, as long as they are on the card.
Only in America do people order a Big Mac with fries, and finish up with a diet Coke.
Still they hold it all in with a Bible belt, and take up wearing jogging pants and breathing really hard.
They have a sense of humour but it's no the same as ours. I've watched their shows but I've never got the joke.

They want to be the leader in everything they do. Be the first in space, be the first one on the moon.
They want to control our computers, inspect our grammar, try to watch our behaviour on the net.
But I think they underestimate the endeavours of the world, we'll be the ones in charge quite soon.
They'll drink warm beer, buy cars with gears, eat far less food. So have a nice day now, cos we're not finished yet.
