Rough And Smooth
- Nature works wonders
If the sea can create beautiful driftwood out of a broken ship, then the love of a woman can
transform a man. Hmmm... maybe.
A moss covered stone rolling down a petal-strewn slope
Becomes clean and shiny by the time it reaches the bottom.
The rough-edged splintered fragment of the broken ship
Becomes attractive smoothened driftwood in the sea.
Tiny droplets of water in a cold and stormy wind
Take such creative form, as they become a snowflake.
With such a loving heart, and a kindness that all can see,
I know that in time, you will make a worthy suitor out of me.
