Don't You Want Somebody To Love You
- A question - the answer : no
With huge apologies to the Boogie Pimps, I found myself singing along to the song and shouting NO! at the end of the line. I'm not sure whether I really believe this, but it went along with the "St Batchelors Day" concept that my friend Caroline had come up with.

"Don't you want somebody to love you?" - No!
"Don't you need somebody to love you?" - No!
"Don't you want somebody to love you?"
- No! - I don't need nobody to love.

I don't want the hurt that befalls you.
I don't want to hide in the doorway.
I don't want my life to be complex,
Coz I'm not that hung up on sex.

I've no need for a woman around me.
I've no need for a kiss and a cuddle.
I've no need for a separate bathroom,
Coz I've had my time in the womb.

[Chorus]

I don't want to hear feminine snoring.
I don't want to lift the seat of the toilet.
I don't want to install a new whirlpool,
Coz I've done my kissing at school.

I've no need for an intimate moment.
I've no need for a delicate shoulder.
I've no need for a fumble at midnight,
Coz I'm here any time that I like.

[Chorus]
I don't need nobody to love.
